Service Description
SB Safety Working at Heights Instructor Course is a one-day course which aims to educate participants on how to train others to work safely at heights, and how to inspect their own harness and lanyard. PowerPoint Presentation, course notes and risk assessment documentation will be supplied to all who complete the course. Course Content: - Working at Heights Legislation - Working at Heights Definition - Ladder Safety Awareness - Working Safely on Roofs - Excavations - Risk Assessments - Fall Arrest and Fall Restraint Systems - Inspection, Auditing and Certification of Harness / Lanyard Systems - Suspension Trauma and Rescue Plans All courses are delivered by FETAC (QQI) Level 6 qualified instructors. Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded an SB Safety Working at Heights Instructor Certificate.
